The Ideal Insulated Building Panel
Each Flushline MkII panel is manufactured with two skins of pre painted galvanised steel, which are bonded to an insulated core of Expanded Polystyrene (EPS) that is fire retardant treated.
For quality assurance, the EPS is manufactured to Australian Standard (AS) 1366.3 (1982).
Retracom are able to supply alternate core types (PIR, Mineral Wool etc).

- Width
Finsihed module is 1200mm wide.
Length
Flushline MkII panels are manufactured in a continuous line, cut to individual lengths as nominated. The maximum length is 18000mm (subject to transport and handling considerations).
Thickness
Flushline MkII pre painted panel skins are available in 0.4, 0.6 or 0.7mm thick. The overall thickness of the panels range from 50mm to 250mm thick. Subject to the spans/application.
Jointing System
All panels incorporate the Retracom Flushline MkII tongue and groove joint.
- Colour Range
The standard colour is off white. Other colours are available, such as Colorbond® metallic and other appropriate, light, thermally efficient colours.
Extrusions
Retracom offer a complete range of complimentary extrusions in either mill finish aluminium, powder coated aluminium or pre painted steel.
Panel Spans
Retracom insulated panels are University tested, with safe load/maximum span tables available for a variety of structure types, within geographic regions to AS 1170.2 (1989).

For applications with critical flatness requirements such as ceilings, soffits, or architectural quality wall cladding, we recommend 0.6 or 0.7mm panel skins.
